“WHERE” means where the greatest concentration of your target market gather. For example: Associations, Banks, housing, Gym, CafĂ© and clubs, malls, places of worship, office buildings. What places they visit frequently, magazines or any media that often they read or see. Knowing this then you can do to a marketing campaign or the media they use.
C. WHAT.
“WHAT” deals with the main thing what is needed and attractive to your customers. What would be their current complaint and whether you can cope or offer solutions to them?. If you can offer something interesting for them then your product will be attractive to them.
D. WHY.
“WHY” deals with the question: Why does your prospective customer is to choose a company and your products?. What are the features of your product?, What the advantages of using your product? emotional benefits and what can you get if the customer uses your product?.
E. HOW.
Once you find out and establish four things above: WHO, WHERE, WHAT and WHY, then you are currently living find out how you communicate about your product to the place or the media used by your target market. What media are you using, for example: brochures, CD, DVD, multimedia, standing barner, billboards, neon signs, booklets, social media, internet, exhibitions, seminars, door to door sales and so forth.
